正确的散步方法
别小看这项人人都会的运动，如果方法不对，很可能会适得其反。
正确的健身步行应当是挺胸抬头，迈大步，每分钟大致走60～80米。上肢应随步子的节奏摆动，走的线要直，不要左弯右拐。每天步行半小时至1小时，强度以体质而异，一般以微微出汗为宜。只要坚持3周就可见到显效。
如果你已经决定把步行列如自己的健身方案，那还有几种步行锻炼方法供你参考：
1．普通散步法
用慢速和中速行走，每次30-60分钟，每日2-3次。适宜在风景秀丽的地方休闲。
2．快速步行法
每小时步行5-7公里，每次锻炼30-60分钟。步行时心率控制在每分钟120次以下，这样可振奋精神。
3．定量步行法
包括在平地和坡地上步行。例如在3度斜坡上步行100米，渐渐增至在5度斜坡上行走15分钟，再在平地上行走15分钟。
4．摆臂散步法
散步时两臂有节奏地向前后摆动，可增进肩带胸廓的活动，适用于有呼吸系统疾病的人。
5．摩腹散步法
一边散步，一边按摩腹部，这对有消化不良和胃肠疾病的人很有益处。
步行锻炼后的保养
白领女性可能因为工作原因，不得不终日与高跟鞋为伍，但要注意皮鞋尤其鞋底一定不可以太硬，鞋不能挤脚。散步后回到家，最好就打赤脚，彻底放松。洗澡时注意用热水泡泡脚，可以缓解足部疲劳。洗完澡后，坐在床上，放松两腿，用手由下至上按摩，能帮助促进新陈代谢，排除毒素。加强腿部柔韧性是防止肌肉僵化的有效途径。工作时，坐在椅子上，将腿伸直，然后做勾脚尖、绷脚尖的运动，小小运动可以发挥美化小腿的大作用。
